Instructions:
We no longer mail out parking permits. Instead, when you sign up for parking you are automatically assigned a PARKING ID.

- YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARKING ID ON ANY AND EVERY VEHICLE THAT IS PARKED AT ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS.
- IT MUST BE VISIBLE.
- Your Parking ID will be texted and emailed to you after submitting a Monthly or Daily Parking Agreement.
- If you forgot your PARKING ID you may request on our Mobile App or on our website to text and email you your PARKING ID.
- Once you receive your PARKING ID you have 2 options:
Option 1:
Write the PARKING ID on a sheet of paper and place it on the inside of the driver’s side window, like so:

Option 2:
You can get a StoreMyTruck PARKING ID sticker and place it on the vehicle’s window. You can get the sticker from our office at 471 South Cemetery St. Norcross, GA 30071, or you can get the sticker from our Field Operations Staff at the lot.
