NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
As you are probably aware, prices across all sectors of the economy have been experiencing significant upward pressure. These price increases have resulted in significant increase in operating and maintenance costs for many of us. In the past we absorbed the increase in cost without passing it through to our customers. For the last 4 years our prices increased seldom and very moderately, lagging the industry. In addition, all our long-term customers benefited from paying the same rates for the last 4 years without any increases. Unfortunately, at this time we are going to have to announce a price for all our customers at all our locations. Our new prices will go into effect beginning June 1st, 2022. All our prices are available on our website.
If you plan on not continue parking with us, you will need to submit a Cancellation Form no later than May 1st or 30 days prior to your last Billing Cycle date and in no event later than May 31st, 2022. We will apply your Last Month Payment Deposit to your last invoice.
